Discovery Call
A brief, confidential conversation to understand your space, your goals, and what transformation means to you. We learn how you live and work in your environment before we ever see it.
On-site · 1–2 hours
Spatial Assessment
Tina visits your space with fresh eyes. She walks the environment, observes the flow, identifies what's working and what's creating friction. This is where her spatial intelligence comes alive—seeing arrangements and possibilities that are invisible to the people who live there every day.
Delivered within 48 hours
The Design Brief
You receive a detailed spatial strategy—a clear plan for transformation organized by zone. For executive environments, this might include a Command Center, a Think Tank, and a Decompression Zone. Every recommendation uses only what you already own.
Half-day to full-day engagement
Transformation Day
This is where vision becomes reality. Working systematically through the design brief, Tina rearranges, repositions, and reimagines your space. You don't need to be present—many clients prefer to experience the reveal with fresh eyes.
Includes 7-day follow-up
The Reveal
You walk into your own space and see it for the first time. Before-and-after documentation captures the transformation. A follow-up consultation ensures everything feels right in the days that follow.
What to Expect
This is not decorating.
We don't arrive with fabric swatches or paint chips. There are no mood boards, no shopping lists, no upsells. This is spatial intelligence applied with precision.
The transformation happens using your existing furniture, art, and belongings. The difference isn't in new things—it's in new arrangement, new intention, and a new relationship between you and the space you inhabit every day.
Do I need to be home during the transformation?
Not at all. Many clients prefer the experience of walking in afterward with completely fresh eyes. We coordinate access and timing during the planning phase.
What if I don't like the result?
Our 7-day follow-up exists precisely for this. Adjustments are part of the process. Living in a newly arranged space takes a few days of settling in, and we fine-tune until it feels right.
How is this different from an interior designer?
Interior designers typically specify new furnishings and finishes. We work exclusively with what you own. It's a fundamentally different skill—spatial reasoning rather than product selection.
